Amigo’s Pizzeria is a real family affair.

Family owned and managed by Vincent, even the staff here are more like a ‘big family’!

The restaurant’s been open for a bit over 10 years now and only continues to improve every year.

Vincent is quite the restaurateur and has owned, managed and worked at numerous restaurants in the past. These hospitality endeavours have equipped him with the experience and knowledge essential to run a successful business like Amigo’s.

“The most important thing is to be different!” – says, Vincent. 

It’d be difficult to argue that Amigo’s is anything, but different. The plentiful menu has everything, from breakfast fare, gourmet hot dogs and delectable mains to gelato, milkshakes and scrumptious desserts. And, there is so much more in between! “You have to cater to what the customer wants. We always ask our customers about what they’d like to see on the menu. We ask our family and friends too. It’s important to stay on top of trends and customer expectations” - affirms Vincent.

And they certainly do. The staff at Amigo’s go above and beyond for all of their customers. They understand that good customer service is vital, but great customer service is what makes a business ‘tick’ and stand out from the rest.

“Exceeding expectations, being flexible, having all of our menu items available for delivery – we want to make our customers happy, that’s why we do it!”- maintains Vincent.

Amigo’s share the ‘happy’ around by catering for all sorts of parties and functions. From Uni and school events to office and corporate lunches – you know you can count on these guys when in need of awesome food!

They also love to get involved and give back – through fundraising, donations and the like.

The community certainly love Amigo’s so it’s no wonder that these guys have won a number of prestigious awards from the Messenger Business Awards sponsored by Channel Ten Network.

“It was an amazing experience and we thank all of our loyal customers who continue to provide loads of positive feedback!” – says Vincent.

Amigo’s, like any business have faced hurdles in their time, but they welcome any challenge and tackle it head on. The restaurant is always busy, especially during events and holidays. Actually ‘controlled chaos’ is probably a better word to describe it, but the staff always take it in their stride and it definitely pays off.

They’ve been working with Zwift for quite some time and certainly see the benefits of the partnership.

“The guys at Zwift are great! They’re always there and actually do the work we simply don’t have time for. They help us grow as a business and their marketing concepts and ideas are great” – affirms Vincent.
